How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the child's age, how many days a week they come and whether they stay for mornings or the school day. We share the figures on a tour or by email, so you see them with a person beside you.

Registration

Registration opens the enrollment file and holds your place while you decide. It is due when you accept a place.

Holding a place

We hold a place once the registration is in and the enrollment form is signed. The waitlist follows the order families asked, and we call, in Spanish or English, as soon as a place opens.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, and you can pay by bank transfer or by card. We send a plain statement each month, and we are glad to explain it by phone.

Help with tuition

Ask us how child care assistance works with our tuition. Yajaira can walk you through the forms in Spanish or English.

Withdrawing

We ask for one month's notice before a child leaves. The month in progress stays as it is.

Uniforms, costumes and other costs

Atelier materials cover clay, paper, paint and the loose parts the studio replaces. Walks and visits cover the bus for the few outings each room takes. Lunch comes from home.
